"We loved this place and really can't fault it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, we arrived an hour early but we were able to check in. Our room was lovely and everything was spotless. The mini kitchen was great and the shower was really good. We loved the area too, it was a bit of a walk into the centre, but there is a really regular but service. The area was really smart and had a real village feel, with loads of good restaurants all around. If we return to Bergamo we would definitely stay in the same place."
"Great location, excellent staff and very comfortable room with all the amenities you would expect in a modern hotel. A mix of modern and traditional but great attention to detail and design"
"Excellent location. Impressive foyer. Room was comfortable, clean and warm. Breakfast was very nice and staff in the restaurant were pleasant and worked hard. Staff on reception also polite and helpful. One suggestion would be to include easy to access plug sockets for charging of phones etc. Thank you so much."
"Had a great stay. Good location just steps from the train station, en route to the high city (whether you plan to get there by foot or funicular). Friendly multilingual staff. "
"Stayed in this property, in order to go to a concert at the arena.
Really easy to get to (about 10 mins from Bergamo airport & cost about 35 euros from
Airport)
Place was immaculate, staff were amazing especially Luca.
The only down side is that there are limited dining options around the area. There is a pizza restaurant at choruslife, which was busy & ok, however post gig there was nothing open.
There is a aldi a 5 min walk away & a few local pizza restaurants and an amazing bakery but they all close between 7-10pm.
if you’re back late you will probably have to order a deliveroo. "
