“職員非常專業＆友善。有問題反應後能得到及時迅速處理，在整個歐洲來說都是非常快和有效的處理，有驚喜。連住幾晚，房內的那1支免費飲用水用了之後，雖不是每天但幾乎有補。第一天入住出門後回房，意外收到酒店安排贈送的葡撻和vip信，意外驚喜！好吃，很喜歡。2個女生，房間內可以正面看到晚上的燈光表演，非常喜歡＆滿足，在房間內看了幾晚，拍了影片和照片分享給親友，大家都很喜歡。房間使用的沐浴和洗頭水等都是葡國本地算是有名的牌子，剛好可以試用，很滿意。大力推薦給所有人。位置也方便，地鐵2個出口在一前一後，走路不遠。”

“交通非常便利，服務人員親切接待，早餐的蛋撻非常有水平，如果能有停車設備會是更最好的選擇。”

“酒店的位置係方便的。但第一天入住就發現厠所有臭味，通知左酒店，有改善。不過，第二天又有臭味，所以，我覺得這是個渠道問題，不易改進！酒店沒有洗衣設施，但網站話有的，所以，不知是誰的錯誤！床已有一般日子，所以，不舒服！”

“My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were the kindest, most welcoming, and helpful that I’ve had at any hotel (and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels). Saulo checked us in and a lovely person (I forget his name but he was a trainee) helped bring our bags to our room, offered us wine and pastries upon check in, planned our day for us while most things were closed on Christmas, and went well out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. I could not……

“I stayed at Tivoli the night before I flew out from Lisbon. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Only a few minutes walk to Oriente station, estimate 15 minutes train ride to the airport. There is also a mall nearby if you’d like to do some shopping. If you need to get to the city center, it’s about half an hour metro ride or take the train to Santa Apolonial around 10 minutes (train runs less frequently compared to metro). The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. They had my room……

“Very convenient for a 0505 flight the following day. Though no shuttle to airport when we checked out that early, the 5 minutes walk to airport did not create any problems unless you have lots of luggages. Check in out very smooth, buffet dinner at 20 Euro plus complimentary breakfast (even at 0230 continental breakfast) made it very convenient. Clean tidy and smooth I would stay again for and early flight from Lisbon.”
