The space is spacious, with sober colors that bring an intimate and welcoming aspect, in addition to having elements that make all the difference, a great seasonal rental option.

The building offers separate laundry facilities in its common areas, outside the apartment.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guest documents to be sent prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo ID of all guests.

Visitors are not allowed.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra day will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

The bathroom is extremely beautiful with fine finishes and a large mirror that maximizes the space. And finally, the bedrooms have double beds and custom closets.
