De ansatte som jobber her er imøtekommende og tilbyr hjelp til hva enn du måtte trenge, super fin beliggenhet! 10 minutter å gå ned til promenaden, masse fine restauranter i nærheten og små hverdagsbutikker, virkelig en 10/10 opplevelse og hotell! Havet er også 20 meter unna hotellet! Noe som var helt nydelig」

「The rooms were clean, good breakfast. The housekeeping service staff need some training, perhaps with written instructions as a list of things to do. It was a bit of a hit and miss service. Good location about 15 min easy walk to the port. The Albanian people were very nice. It is a family run hotel and the season is a bit early so few improvements going on. Overall excellent place to stay in Saranda.」

「The room was great, lots of space and balcony was fabulous. The sea view wasn’t quite what shows in pictures. We know it’s end of summer but hotel advertises restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner along with beach bar. Only breakfast served. Everything else rolled up. I would have appreciated notes on hotel indicating they shut down restaurant and bar at end of season. I book places based on location and amenities. The breakfast was good selection but cold because they don’t use anything...

「The property is a nice 20 minute walk to the promenade with lots of restaurants/bars/shops along the way. There is an area with beach chairs and cute bar down by the water on a platform. There is a very small “beach” where you are able to walk into the water. The pool is very deep but nice (bring a floaty). Breakfast was nice and the restaurant on site we enjoyed. The staff was great and the food was lovely! Couple weird things… you can’t bring outside food in to your room or by the beach. I...

「Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour. J’avais réservé une chambre avec vue partielle sur la mer, mais la vue donnait surtout sur un bâtiment en construction ou délaisser. On aperçoit à peine la plage et la chambre n’a aucun ensoleillement. Le petit-déjeuner est également très décevant : peu de choix, qualité médiocre et, si vous arrivez un peu tard, il ne reste pratiquement plus rien. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.」
