“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“I would rate this establishment a 0.5 out of 5 stars if I could. While the staff is commendable, the housekeeping is inadequate. The amenities are not replenished, and there are stains on the shower curtains. The overall odor is unpleasant. Additionally, some of the food appears spoiled, resembling black cereal, and some of the juice contains an unidentified substance. ”

“I always have a great experience here! Love most of the staff! The early early shuttle drivers never seem to want to be there! Not friendly. This time they were redoing the lobby but didn’t tell anyone and still charged the same price (the lobby was a mess!!!) There was dog poop alllll over the grass! I stepped in it and the employee shrugged their shoulders But like I said, I love staying here! I do it several times a year ”

“The room was just OK, nothing special. We were there overnight for an early flight from Sarasota airport. The room was good enough for that. I probably would not spend any longer of a stay than that.”

“The property is centrally located for a visit to Sarasota. We had the junior suite which was spacious and comfortable. The pool and fitness center are very nice. The facility is definitely outdated and nothing “special”, although they try to dress it up with colorful decor. The maid service was subpar, they never came on day one and didn’t come until late afternoon day 2. Neither day did we receive new towels. Remaining staff were all very friendly. It wasn’t a bad stay, but we will likely try a……
