Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay. Upon arrival we noted that everything was very clean! All supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap etc we needed was provided. Plenty of towels, pool towels. The bed was very comfortable. Not a single issue! We would stay again.

Location description not accurate

We chose this location for proximity to the beach and Coco. It was at least a 15 min walk to Ocotal beach, with a large hill both ways!! Also it is more than a 25 minute walk to playa coco. Roads are narrow with blind corners. Not fun for walking the distance. Lots of traffic, loud motor bikes and trash along the road side. The room was comfortable enough, and the pool and land scraping were nice. However if you do not have a car it will be hard to get food.
