We had a great stay at this condo. It has A/C and the rooftop patio is really great. It was clean, with comfortable beds, and towels, and all the kitchen amenities. The complex was very nice with multiple pools. It is a 5 minute walk from Coco Beach, and a 20-minute walk from the main street with many restaurant options restaurants. The host was accommodating and responsive.

Equity group responded very quickly to any issues I had which were minimal. How to get into the safe, broken lock box and kitchen window that would not lock. This unit does not have a bbq which would be nice. My biggest thing is whatever they have there beds on make very loud noises when you sit in the edge or climb in. Sometimes when you get out it will make a loud popping sound 5-10 minutes later. That would be my only complaint with the unit.
