Located in the peaceful Las Brisas community in Playa Hermosa, this ground-level 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and beachside living—just a short 150-meter walk to the ocean.

Although its location makes Playa Hermosa feel somewhat isolated, the small but well-developed town offers many amenities. Playa Hermosa, which translates to Beautiful Beach, is located in northern Guanacaste Province. Keep in mind that Costa Rica has several beaches named Playa Hermosa, including near Jaco, Santa Teresa, and Uvita, but the one where this lovely home is located is in Guanacaste. The Liberia International is the closest airport, at about 30 minutes away.

Located in the peaceful Las Brisas community in Playa Hermosa, this ground-level 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and beachside living—just a short 150-meter walk to the ocean.

Precioso condo a 5 mins caminando de playa hermosa. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y adecuadas. Una de las piscinas esta enfrente del condo y la tuvimos solo para nosotros en toda nuestra estadia. La terraza y areas de la piscina son lindas. Vimos monos en los alrededores. Volveremos a este lugar en nuestro proximo viaje.
