Saryarka District hotels in Astana

"The best hotel on my trip in Kazakhstan."

"Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. "

"Poor breakfast. If you after 8 AM- no food at all"

"Everything was great with the exception of low A/C output. Staff and breakfast were amazing!"

"Jusy Too bad. No recommend anything. Not kind. Poor breakfast. No supply water. No infra around. No credit card accepted. No gym. No swimming pool. I don't have anything good to remember. Hotels.com must re-evaluate the level. I moved to other hotel even after paying room charge."

"Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food."

"Location is central and convenient. Clean and quiet. Need to improve bed quality and maintain curtains and toilets. Staff very helpful and welcoming"

"Great hotel"

"Staff was very kind. Spa was under repair. Stay was fine. Breakfast and room basic - aged hotel. Nothing special, fine for brief stay. Good location."

"I definitely will be returning. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city"

"Professional staff and very helpful, nice clean hotel and good breakfast "

"A very nice and comfortable hotel."

"An ideal place to stay during a layover. Late-night check-in, a delicious breakfast featuring local treats, a clean rooms and gym, and friendly staff."

"Great place to stay. Friendly staff, big rooms. "

"Excellent hotel, very close to the American"

"Excellent everything - friendly staff, clean rooms, great location!"

"Clean room. Helpful staff. Great location and near to Nur Astana Masjid."

"Hotel makes a worn out impression. The breakfast was very poor. No buffet. You could choose between 3 different egg-types, with vegetables. It was even not possible to chose if you want to have tomato slices instead of peas with a omelette. Moreover one morning there was no coffee. Personnel in the restaurant needs proper training. In the reception personnel is ok."

"レストランやバーがあまり満喫出来ない。 受け付けのスタッフは良い。"

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They didn’t change my bedding even once during my 10 days stay. The breakfast menu is very simple and poor, you have no choice to pick what you want to eat and no coffee offered."
