"The room was comfortable. They even had a choice of pillows. The breakfast (Japanese and Western choices) was EXCELLENT, featuring regional specialties in a tatami dining room with a city view. The location was convenient, near the train station, with many nearby dining and shoppping options. We would definitely stay there again when in Nagano. "
"Chris and Josh were absolutely amazing, best hotel stay I have ever had. Great breakfast and amazing service. Haven’t stayed anywhere else but I’d bet my life savings it’s the best place to stay in the area "
