"The Holiday Inn & Suites is always my go-to place to stay when visiting Saskatoon. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff are consistently friendly and kind, which really adds to the overall experience. I also thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful person working in the lounge and restaurant, they truly made the visit even more memorable. Highly recommend!"

"Well the place is pretty cheap i got my roon for 3 nights cost me 398 including the security deposit the room looked pretty cheap run down u get what u pay for and the best part was upon checkout the guy goes and checks my room which was good and he gives me 400 back as my refund hahaha i got to stay 3 nights absalutly free of charge "

"The room was good except too warm and we couldn't turn dowm the heat for sleeping The steak sandwich was not good. Tuff and didn come the way I asked it to be cooked. I asked for medium well and came rare . Sent it back twice and was still not cooked right. "

"Probably is literally falling apart! Only plus point it the water park... parking lot is gross! Hallways full of dirt! Hide a bed chair in our room was broken... this hotel needs a major overhaul! "

"Had no extra pillows for the pull out couch! Wanted to change a Thursday to Sunday and they wanted to change double what I reserved for! "

"The staff was really rude to me, the morning that I had to check out, I went for a meeting and it took longer than I expected, came back to check out and I went to apologize for missing the check out, mind you I was supposed to to check out at 11am and I got back to the hotel at 11:23am. I went to apologize to the staff at the front desk and she was really rude and disrespectful to me and kept making terrible remarks and honestly I felt very insulted. It seem she spoke to me that way cause I was a person of color. It really hurt my feelings and ruined the whole experience for me. "

"The pool was filled with hair clumps and dirt. The rooms were 27 degrees. Service in the lounge was slow. Overall, super run down. "

"Rooms were large enough to move around easily, counter space in bathroom was great, no odd odours. The breakfast was well set up with a good variety of hot and cold items, staff were quick to replenish the empty items. It is close to the arena we attended but may be out of the way for for other amenities such as shopping or restaurants but Saskatoon is easy to get around."
