“Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food and drinks in the restaurant were delicious and the room was super comfortable with a nice view! I absolutely love the design and style of this hotel chain, it creates such a enticing colourful classie vibe. They always seem to be located downtown too, so your very close to all the attractions. The only thing that i would've preferred to have included in my stay was a microwave in the room, but thats minor, there……

“We waited 20 minutes for an elevator and 15 minutes another time for a single elevator from the second floor. It made us late to the event we had booked for. We had gear and small children so stairs were not an option. This seemed very frustrating to multiple guests.The first hot tub was full of chloramines and my child with well controlled asthma had to leave the pool with a coughing fit within 5 minutes of entering, as did several other children we watched from another pool area. I won't book……

“The room was good except too warm and we couldn't turn dowm the heat for sleeping The steak sandwich was not good. Tuff and didn come the way I asked it to be cooked. I asked for medium well and came rare . Sent it back twice and was still not cooked right. ”

“The facility and staff were good. A hook in the bathroom would have been helpful. Unfortunately, no warm water in our bathroom sink. The noise from the bar patrons and music speakers was unbearable. No peace and quiet until 2:50 AM. The continental breakfast was disappointing. A scavenger hunt to find a coffee mug. The front desk was helpful when there was no more coffee. ”

“The staff was really rude to me, the morning that I had to check out, I went for a meeting and it took longer than I expected, came back to check out and I went to apologize for missing the check out, mind you I was supposed to to check out at 11am and I got back to the hotel at 11:23am. I went to apologize to the staff at the front desk and she was really rude and disrespectful to me and kept making terrible remarks and honestly I felt very insulted. It seem she spoke to me that way cause I was……

“Well the place is pretty cheap i got my roon for 3 nights cost me 398 including the security deposit the room looked pretty cheap run down u get what u pay for and the best part was upon checkout the guy goes and checks my room which was good and he gives me 400 back as my refund hahaha i got to stay 3 nights absalutly free of charge ”
