“Loved the location. Parking is a bit squishy in a truck….staff were amazing. The bokeh lounge/restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing! Only bummer was only one elevator in a fully booked hotel. More annoying than anything. And no access to the stairs. ”

“Check in was rapid and easy, really enjoyed both the room and lobby restaurant. We used the hot tub and pool area and it was very busy but lots of towels and clean. Would have liked another coffee pod in the room, but not a big deal.

“Our stay was excellent from the great customer services at check-in too the brunch staff woo made eye contact, greeted us with a smile and served one of the best menus we had at a hotel for a long time.
We will be sharing our good experience with friends. Our grandsons have made us promise to only stay at the HI Express every time we visit Saskatoon.
Only sad part was that the pool was being painted so the boys couldn't swim while we were there.”

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room.
There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”
