「Ive stayed at this hotel 3 times this year and its great! Staff is incredible. The manager Nathan always goes out of his way for people staying. Always has a smile on his face and happy to help out. The breakfast staff are amazing, friendly, helpful! Even with being as busy as they, always have time for a "good morning" and ensuring the cleanliness of the area. Housekeeping staff were always friendly ready with smiles and good mornings and asking if anything was needed! Will keep coming back...

「The room was clean. We didn’t use any of the amenities or eat breakfast it was served at 6:30 and we left prior to that, this was just a quick stop to sleep and move to our next destination. Good location to the highways. 」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「Probably the worst stay I’ve ever had, first the night attendant on the night of the 16th was rude and absolutely horrible to deal with, had to wait 15 minutes just to get in the building to be treated like trash. Get up to the room on the third floor, elevator was broken and room was dirty. Pillows were horrible, sheets hadn’t been changed or washed from the previous stay. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here.」

There was no notice or disclosure on the website stating that the property is currently under renovation, which made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Clear communication about ongoing construction is important so guests can make informed decisions and properly manage their expectations before arrival.」

「The breakfast buffet was good and pricing for it was fair. If you have little ones, consider a room that doesn't lead directly to the pool unless you are ok with staying up until 10pm as noise travels through the balcony doors. The waterslides were great and my 5 & 3 year old had a blast going down them. They don't lead into a pool either which frees up the parents from catching the kids at the bottom, my kids went up and down non-stop. Unfortunately, the facilities inside the pool area were out...

「It's expensive not worth the $250 per night, underground parking was closed and still got charge $60 for parking. It doesn't include breakfast and restaurant have high prices.」
