“Very nice villa with very spacious bedrooms- mostly en suite and attractive outdoor space including shady eating area. Beds very comfortable and aircon is quiet and very effective. Walking distance to Lu impostu beach and a couple of restaurants but a car is essential I would say as the villa is well outside San Teodoro. Villa manager Chiara was very helpful and friendly over WhatsApp including assistance with problems of our own making (forgotten items etc) - excellent service. Also v flexible……

“Wir waren für eine Woche in Cristinas Haus zu Gast. Check-in ging Reibungslos, die Gegend um das Haus ein Traum. Cristinas Haus ist sehr niedlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man für den Aufenthalt dort benötigt. Und falls nicht wurde sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war sehr gut, sie hat schnell geantwortet und uns ein paar tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Ihrem Haus und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. “Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben und daher so wie erwartet. Terrasse und Außenküche bestens und täglich genutzt. Auch Aufteilung der Räume mit den beiden Bädern ist gut und getrennt nutzbar. Die Küchenausstattung war ok, könnte aber auch umfangreicher sein. Pfannenwender hat z.b. gefehlt. Wir waren nur 2 Personen, bei 4 wird es knapp. Allerdings kann die (kleine) Spülmaschine natürlich auch im Dauerbetrieb laufen.Ein Zaun um das Anwesen würde das Sicherheitsgefühl (Hunde) verbessern.……

“Uns wurde die Unterkunft bereits von Bekannten empfohlen und wir waren sehr begeistert. Es fehlte an nichts, Fragen oder Anliegen wurden sofort beantwortet oder uns geholfen. Garten und Pool waren sehr gepflegt und einfach toll und liebevoll angelegt. Eine neue Küche wurde vor unserem Aufenthalt eingebaut, da haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Einkaufen oder Strand ist nur mit Auto möglich. War aber für uns kein Problem. Kommen gerne wieder! ”

Die großzügige Terasse lädt sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum abendlichen chillen ein.Der Pool bietet absolute Privatsphäre und ist in der Größe sehr ansprechend. “Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa. Die Strandnähe war toll. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool besonders für kleine Kinder gut geeignet. Es geht vorne flach rein und wird nach hinten immer tiefer. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Für uns, als Familie, mit drei Kindern war es perfekt.
