“When we booked this hotel the assumption of it being a 'Hilton-quality' hotel weighed heavily on the decision. Even though we knew this was a 'second brand' for the Hilton group in India, we didn't expect it to be so thoroughly average in it's infra and facilities. That said, it's the service - especially and pointedly the F&B team (Ashwini, Amit, and their colleagues) who made this trip worth remembering.
