“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

“飯店有不錯的景觀，可以直接看到金門大橋， 房間也乾淨整潔。 停車的地方離房間約走路3分鐘，路上幾乎沒有路燈非常黑， 所以晚上出門記得使用房間內準備的手電筒。 餐廳並不是之前在網路上查到的不優的 buffet， 而是變成是點餐式的，點了牛排還不錯。 ”

“We loved this home and will be back! The location of this home gave us quick access, on foot, to the beach and the gorgeous trails of the Marin Headlands. The deck gives breathtaking views of Muir Beach and beyond. From that same deck we saw baby deer, a fox and raccoons visited. The outdoor shower is a dream, with hummingbirds flying nearby. A question to the owner was responded to immediately and her property manager followed up right after. Thank you for a beautiful space for us to come……

“I spent a month on the houseboat called “Salty Dog”. I had my 20 lb puppy, Tilly with me and a friend who is a professional pet sitter came and joined us a few times. Two things really impressed me. 1., the boat was superbly equipped as if ready for a long range voyage and 2. The neighbors were all Salties - creative, fun, and helpful. Proximity to everything from a grocery store , laundry and to a pub and a bunch of great local restaurants all within walking distance was great. Parking was easy……

“My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Many great restaurants within walking distance and very cute town. The houseboat is clean and updated. Has everything for cooking meals in too. The bed is very comfortable. Our favorite place was the top deck. We sat up there every evening to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Mallory was always responsive to messages and made a great video to show how to find the houseboat and use everything inside. It was a unique experience……

She is so committed to her renters enjoying themselves. She's a delightful person and I'll miss her. She's totally on top of every situation and is available and responsive.”
