“We were only there for about 12 hours (checked in in the evening and checked out the next morning) but it was very nice, clean and quiet. Would stay again”

“This hotel is nice. Very clean and a good Location for the beaches and outlets. My kids enjoyed the small pool. The problem is that it is chronically understaffed. One poor woman to check in a huge number of guests. Rooms were not ready. We waited for half hour to check in and were told our room was not ready and we had to wait as it had to be cleaned. People checking in behind us where then all assigned rooms. I was pissed. Apparently they pre assigned rooms. With some grumbling the……

“Extraordinary! Beautiful spaces, Great room on the backside of the hotel was perfect! Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We’ve already booked for next year!”

“Staff was great, kids always enjoy the breakfast with waffles. We got some pool time today and it was great towing down and relax. Great overall visit”

“The main property was nice but we stayed in the 2nd building. There were no elevators so it was hard if you had large luggage. Our room was dirty and so was the surrounding area. The staff would leave all their towels and cleaning supplies in piles so it was hard to walk around at times. Our room smelled of mold. The breakfast was average. The only staff that was helpful was the gentleman who handed out beach chairs. The lady behind the desk was so rude and bothered by things that did not need……

“The hotel and courtyard were lovely. Our room was clean. The breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the 24/7 coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice bar on the premises. Bonus! Very walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here on our next trip.”

“Everything was great. The staff was outstanding. It appeared the place was dated and could use some updating, for instance in the bathroom, where the shower curtain did not appear to be long enough, resulting in the shower water spilling onto the bathroom floor. However, the value was great, the negatives are few, and I'd definitely stay there again next summer!”

“The ONLY good thing was the size of the room. We are a family of 5 and the room had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, but when we pulled it out it, it was a different story. The mattress was more like a styrofoam pad and was stained and dirty! We did not sleep on it and instead slept on the sofa as was. We also had to request extra blankets/pillows for it. The room was damp and we had to keep it at like 65 for it to slightly help manage the humidity! While every where says “non-smoking”, the hallway……

“After a 9hr drive, I arrived (4pm) the office was closed. I tried calling and texting the number on the office door, the number online (Google) and on Expedia. No one answered. I ended up booking another hotel, but this one finally called back. I had to go to a different hotel, to check in- very unprofessional. No email confirmation to follow up about any check in information. I got to the unit and it’s dirty. I tried to shower (post travel) because I had somewhere else to be. When I came back……
