Charming 1900 historic victorian home just steps from Savannah`s famous Forsyth Park. Completely remodeled and professionally styled. You`ll love the mix of comfy, modern furniture and historic details. Enjoy a short, scenic walk to some of Savannah`s best shops, cafes, and restaurants.



You are going to love our comfy, historic victorian home located steps from Forsyth Park in the heart of Savannah. This stunner from 1890 has been updated and professionally styled. There`s still lots of historic charm plus all the modern day comforts that will make you feel at home. This is the upstairs unit of a of a 2-unit home. The units are completely separate and you will have your own, private entrance and covered porch.

Our home is located in Savannah`s Victorian Historian District. This trendy neighborhood is home to some of Savannah`s best cafes and restaurants.



Our home was awarded a Walk Score of 86 `Very Walkable` and a 97 for biking. Most of Savannah`s historic district can be reached within a 20 minute walk from the house. If you plan to be out late or prefer not to walk, a short Uber or bicycle taxi can get you to your destination.

  • Designed by John S. Norris for General Hugh Weedon Mercer, construction of the house began in 1860. The house is gorgeous and was very clean. The location can't be beat. There's plenty of room - the four of us each had our own space. Parking was easier that I expected. It's on street but we never had any issues finding a spot. Check in and out was easy. Great experience all around.

EXCELLENT Stay!

The property was perfect! Everything was as advertise and the check-in process was as easy as pie! Great location and easy to get around. I'd definitely stay again. This bright & beautiful second floor walk-up was our peaceful home away from home during our recent visit to Savannah. Ideally located just steps from Forsyth Park and all the sights and sounds of this charming city. Street parking was simple and most everything you need is just a short walk away. Really can’t say enough good things about the attentive hosts and this fantastic rental.
