Comfortable stay, good location

The apartment is small but perfectly comfortable for 2 or 3 people. The furnishings look new and the kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware and appliances. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the buildings and grounds are well-maintained. Easy walk to quiet North Beach and several restaurants and shops, and a short drive to busier south Tybee and Savannah. This unit is on the third floor; there is an elevator at the end of the hallway. A nice property!

Nice condo, but be prepared for cigarette smell

This condo is in such a good location. Walking distance to Huc-A-Poos and the pool was great. The condo itself was so clean, but be prepared for a cigarette/ashtray smell. I’m not sure if it’s this unit or if the smell was coming in through the HVAC, but it was overwhelming. Throughout the week, it got better but we had to air out and wash absolutely everything when we got home. Clean clothes and towels included. Originally our daughter was supposed to come with us, but a change of plans had her with grandparents for the week. Had she been with us, we wouldn’t have stayed in the condo the smell was so strong.

Great location with not so great qualities

Pros: location / amenities. Cons: terrible smoke smell, beds average, dirty walls. Overall location, look and feel of this property is great… however the smoke smell that smacks you in the face at every entry of the room is less than tasteful. I blame myself for not reading the other reviews closely enough that said the same thing, however I think if they would have down graded the stars from 4 to 3 it would have been more obvious that it was such a problem for so many other groups.. When messaging the property managers they said they were not aware of this that it must be a neighboring unit, but after going back and reading the multiple reviews that had been left previous to our stay, they had to have been aware. As a whole the property appeared clean with fresh linens, but the walls looked to have never been wiped down. There were dirty marks all over them. 3 out of 5 stars for us from those aspects unfortunately. Otherwise if they fix these issues it would be a great property I could proudly recommended!
