Great location but…

I used the message board in VRBO to contact host but no response back from him (only got a response from VRBO email). Stayed in unit 4B. Kitchen sink sponge had been used upon arrival. Water leaked from the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Hallways in building reeked of smoking. Walls are paper thin and loud music was heard until 12:30am.
Stayed 2 nights in Feb 2023
