"Very poor communication. Got a message in French on how to check in after hours. Requested the have that message sent in English, but no reply, so we had struggled to find location, the key codes, the boxes which had the room key in. It’s a Uni campus, very complicated to get to, to check in and when speaking to other travellers/customers, they found the whole check in process very difficult. Do not recommend, unless you like a challenge. "

"We had a large group and the accommodation was perfect. The facilities and bedrooms gave us flexibility with sleeping arrangements. We enjoyed the location, close enough to Beaune for daily excursions and we would recommend having some form of transport for the group. An amazing entertainment area surrounding the pool, which was very clean and warm. We thoroughly recommend this house and area."
