“Fantastic location overlooking the harbor. Communications were excellent and quick. Parking was quite easy. Our room was small, but that's normal in the UK. Breakfast was delicious. So many nice places to eat in Brixham. We had dinner at La Petite Maison and it was excellent.”

The room was really comfortable with thoughtful extra touches like complimentary bottled water, a big selection of hit drinks and bottled milk and oat milk in the fridge. Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was extremely good. A relative who lives in the town said it was their favourite place to go for breakfast and I can see why. I highly recommend a stay here .”

“The rooms were freezing and when we informed the manager we were told that the heating was broken. It was about 3 degrees outside that night and they didn’t even attempt to give us an electric heater or anything.”

While the walk into Dartmouth was more than just a gentle stroll, it was a great way to work up an appetite for the town’s restaurants and cafes. We found enough to keep us occupied in Dartmouth and only felt the need to use our car on a rainy day.”

“On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. Breakfast has lots of choices. You just have to ask as there's no menu. Again Tommy brilliant with service and prompt delivery. A very happy chap. Id……

“The property was in a great location for the town centre. The road is very narrow so be mindful of what size car you have, but we were fine. Only enough parking for one car, so had to park in the park and ride for the other car, but that was easy enough. House is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend.”

“Overall, a love experience. The property was decievingly spacious, clean and filled with great entrainment facilities. An added benefit of a washer/dryer that makes that going back home experience better. Car parking permit included also. A great way to celebrate a significant ceremony in a stunning part of the country. Would highly recommend and stay again when in the area. ”

“Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again.”
