Summary:
This two bedroom self contained flay id located on Esplanade Gardens which runs down to the Cliff Top above the Spa Leisure and Business complex.

It is also located close to the shops om Ramshill Road where there is a Sainsbury's local store, Pizza Hut delivery an excellent delicatessen, Pharmacy and a wealth of other food shops. The recently reopended Ramshill Hotel is a local pub just around the corner.

Nice flat above Scarborough Spa Small supermarket nearby Parking is a bit of a pain due to needing scratch cards (provided by owner) and finding an on-street space nearby, but suspect that is the case for most properties in this area. Owners very attentive and helpful
