"This hotel was great! Very clean and staff very helpful. They drop off clean towels outside your door daily without asking for them if you put on the “ do not disturb” which is amazing. The location is in the middle of the Shinjuku life yet hotel is quiet. The city view is very nice and the size is comfortable even if small it is made efficiently. "

"Great hotel and the perfect start to our holiday. We loved the bakery downstairs and went there most mornings before we went out. The lobby was always really busy in the mornings. Rooms are a decent size for hotel rooms in Japan. There are better locations in Shinjuku as it's quite far from the main areas, but it's across from the Met Gov building which is pretty good, and a 15+ min walk from the station. Can't fault the hotel itself."

"Perfect base for Tokyo adventuring. We’re a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids, and it felt roomy enough. There was a mini mart right outside, staff were very helpful (even arranging luggage forwarding for a very reasonable price), 2 stations (for both JR and local rail) a short walk away. The only thing that would make it better is a couch in the room; but it has literally everything else. And we just sat on the dining chairs instead. Recommend to all. Even views to Mount Fuji on a clear day"

"It’s a three star hotel 15mins walk from the bright lights if Shinjuku and it’s fantastic transport connections to the rest of Tokyo and beyond! Small rooms but it’s Tokyo. Highly recommended! Cheers N"
