“This unit was as per all the photos. Nicley renovated and clean with everything you need for a short stay. The closest beach was out the back patio, across the golf course and through the woods, just a few minutes walk. We did see turtles coming up for air at this beach just to the south of the hotel beach bay the first day but the water was very rough and had a coral shore. The next day we tried snorkling there but didn't see any turtles. The unit had beach chairs and snorkel gear to take to……

“Beautifully bright and clean condo. Easy access to Turtle Bay Beach and running trails. Murphy bed worked well and much more comfortable than a sofa bed. We really appreciated the beach chairs, totes, and beach towels that were supplied. Great place for a family to stay for a week.”

“It was nicely appointed. Two minor issues, Let the manager know. One was a hum in the main floor bedroom when the ac unit is on. The A/C unit didn’t hum, seemed to be the window. AC was great.”

“As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. The unit is lovingly decorated and very well furnished in both the kitchen and beach equipment. The king size bed was quite comfortable, the murphy bed not as much. But the separation of space was ideal……

“My third stay at this resort. The cleaniness of the resort is amazing!! Down to the grout on the sidewalks!! We actually saw a man cleaning and sealing in the round about. Love, love the quiet pool, and live music was so special while watching the sunset!”

“We stayed at this property in a different unit 5 years ago. We love the water facing patio/deck and simi private beach. Very quiet. They provide everything you could need for beach and water fun. We did bring our own binoculars and were glad we did. Would have liked shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower.”

“Good points: fantastic view, location close to the ocean; very few people on the beach; well kept facility; clean place, great mattresses; lots of closet and storage space. Bad points: 40 to 60 minutes to downtown, through a homeless encampment, so every drive anywhere takes a lot of your day; no sharp knives and awful pots and pans; no soap for shower and washer; one trash bag; 2 dishwasher pods; at this price, which is much more than others in the building, I expect to not have to make a trip……

“If you plan to visit Hawaii you don't need to go any further than the north shore of Oahu and Turtle Bay. This condo is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Hawaii has to offer. There are all of the amenities you need included here with a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, beach toys galore, spacious living area and bedrooms. Don't look further for an ideal vacation "base camp". Just down the road are several beautiful beaches within the Turtle Bay complex. Also there are world-class……

“The North Shore is such a special place and this condo is in an amazing location. Lots of beach access nearby and a fantastic grouping of fruit stands and organic shave ice across the street. Sandra was fantastic to work with and was always responsive to any communication. We have stayed in other properties in this same complex and the lanai was such an added bonus. Our family loved the extra amenities and the beach toys were enjoyed by our kids. We highly recommend. Thanks again for a wonderful……

“We loved our stay!!! I am surprised it was as reasonably priced as it was. The condo was comfortable and well decorated. Being clean is a big deal to me and it was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a few spices and oil! We appreciated the beach gear. The property management company gave better directions than any other vacation home I have ever stayed at. The one little issue (a broken remote control) we had they responded to right away and fixed in a reasonable amount……

“We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The location is peaceful, safe, and fully stocked with the amenities we needed to celebrate our friend's birthday and make it a memorable stay! Everyone had their own bed and having the portable AC was key! The unit is a close walk to the beach and the pool was lovely. Communication with the host was clear and prompt and made for an easy check in and check out process. Would definitely rent again in the future!”
