「The house is adequate and comes up as pet friendly on the site. But told no pets. Outdoor furniture in need of a clean. Shed was not clean with left over rubbish. No front door mat. Only 1 shower mat for the floor. If secure fencing could be erected and pet friendly the house would be a great holiday stay. The chook and the kangaroos that visited was a nice surprise. 」

「Overall a lovely weekend, discovering Augusta and the local history and characters was wonderful. The only blemish was the mould smelling from the kitchen sink cupboards which I realised was due to the tap leaking badly when turned on and flooding behind the cabinets! Please replace that tap immediately, not sure what you can do about the mould now?」

「From the first contact from Dale, through to every attention to detail of the property, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Southerly. The location could not have been better. Such an easy walk to the main street, or down to The Colourpatch Café. Unfortunately, we only had the weekend to take in the stunning cottage, but could have easily stayed for weeks.
