「Strikingly looking hotel. Unfortunately on entering reception, we were greeted with a dirty carpet, which carries on into the bar area with lots of stains. Our room was up 2 flights of stairs, which I wasn't aware of when I booked. Therefore, in this heatwave, the room was an oven. There was a desk fan - 'thank goodness'. Pleased with the room, the layout and amenities. Curtains need seeing to, useless and need blackouts! All the staff were pleasant and hard working. Did not expect a buffet...

「Got a really good price on a room with a gym on site. There was decent parking available and I got parked up near the entrance. I had a room on the ground floor which was close to the gym as well as the entrance. The room was pretty standard but what was required for me. I got shown to the gym which had new equipment and had plenty to choose from. I was then told it was an extra £5 to use it which would have been nice to know as part of booking the stay. 「First time staying at The Crown Inn and I already can’t wait to go back. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. From the warm welcome at check‑in to the friendliest staff, what more could you want?

「Apartment was very spacious with everything we needed.
A continental breakfast was provided which was appreciated. We had dinner at the pub one night and it was delicious.
Staff were very friendly.
Plenty of parking available.
