“It really feels like a home away from home, especially with the in-room kitchen features that add so much comfort, convenience, and peace of mind.”

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“two tiers security check experience unwelcome, the main enterance security staff has done over duty on my visit, every time I exit or enter the Hotel, same security staff only asked me for the Hotel pass, but any other guest enter to Hotel without any request on Room card,”

“We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. We’ll look for other options next time for……

“All Accor messed up my booking and I have a hard time to check into the hotel. I have to check in and out for 2 times during the 3 days stay. Usually my stay used to be very good. This time, the phone and the hair dryer are not working in my room. The package I got with breakfast included was not showed in the hotel reservation. In general, the All Accor booking system made this stay a bad one.”
