It's also just a five-minute walk from the Bluff Trail and Pebble Beach, a short walk from Smuggler's Cove and the Sea Ranch Marine Preserve/Seal Sanctuary, less than two miles south of Stengel Beach, and three miles from the fascinating tide pools and rock formations of Shell Beach.

Whether you're planning a relaxing family vacation or a quiet getaway with friends, this Sea Ranch home offers comfort, a beautiful design, and ocean views from nearly every room. With hardwood floors, lofty cathedral ceilings, and large windows that face the water, the second-floor living space is full of warmth and sunlight. Curl up with a novel on one of the plush sofas, sit by the cozy gas fireplace as you observe the local black-tailed deer, or gather your friends for movie night in front of the YouTube TV and DVD/Blu-ray player. Walk along the majestic Bluff Top Trail to reach Walk On Beach four miles north, dive near Pebble Beach. Swimming pools and tennis courts are also available at the Sea Ranch Del Mar, Ohlson, and Moonraker Recreation Centers.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
