“I enjoyed my stay here.”

“I very much enjoyed my time there! I liked it so much, I extended my stay! Frank at the bar was so personable and knowledgeable. He happened to work my entire stay and he was certainly a highlight to my stay. He remembered my wine order & suggested great entrees from the restaurant. We laughed like old friends. I seriously thought I was at the Four Seasons or the Fairmont Empress with the high level of customer service I received. Teresa at the front desk managed my room request for my extended……

“The staff was very nice and the inn is small and intimate. You are definitely paying for the location. Some things are a little outdated and the shower head kinda sucked but honestly, I would return again for the location and outside amenities alone. I love the area.”

“The room was clean. The staff got our room reservation change mixed up and tried to blame us. I thought this was strange. Otherwise, it is a good hotel for families.”

“Room was clean and ac worked great! Front desk helped with any questions we had. Would stay again! Don’t let the outside detour you away. It’s under new management and you can definitely tell. There’s no homeless and it’s a very nice room for the price. You can’t beat it!”

“The grounds and the pool area were very nice and clean. The breakfast that is available was just ok. But there are restaurants close by that are available. The room was clean but the bed is too soft and not very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the vanity area had a nice size refrigerator and microwave available for use. Unfortunately the toilet in the shower area seemed to be lower than the standard toilet. Which was a little odd. The staff were very friendly and professional.”

“The room cleaning was really disappointing and not up to standard. The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience.”

“I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……

“The AC system is way too loud, which decreased the sleeping quality. The room is spacious but the bathroom is a bit outdated.”
