Bring the family along with the pups and enjoy the sound of the ocean from your screen porch. A short walk from your back door to the beach boardwalk. Only 200 steps and you will have your toes in the sand within minutes! Enjoy strolling along Seabrook Island's 3.5 miles of private beach. Hop on your bike for the three block ride to the Beach Club pools, the Club's two championship golf courses, and dining at the Island House or Pelican's Nest. This home has a reverse floor plan with all three bedrooms on the first floor and your living space on the second.
This home has an art deco presence as you approach the front steps. The primary bedroom sits off to the right. A new king bed awaits your vacation dreams. There is a 40" Smart TV for streaming. The attached primary bathroom has a walk-in shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms. The first has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub shower combo. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with the two sets of twin bunk beds and 32" TV. The private en-suite bath has a walk-in shower. This bathroom also has entry from the hall. All three bathrooms have hair dryers. A laundry closet on this level has a brand new stacked washer and dryer.
Head up the stairs to the large open living room. The owners have installed wood flooring. You are able to see the ocean through the tree tops. Hang out with the family on the comfortable great room furniture. Watch your favorite show on the large 55" Smart TV. Please note the fireplace is only decorative. Open the sliding doors, to hear the ocean waves gently rolling ashore. Feel the low country breezes and smell the sweet salty air. The screen porch is a great spot for morning coffee, having lunch, and sharing an evening beverage together. The kitchen and dining area are fully stocked. Stainless steel appliances! Gather for meals at the dining table, which seats 8. You can seat additional guests on the stools at the counter.
As of 5/31/25, property will have a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guest to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This cart rental possesses one of the available rental gate passes allowed for this unit.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
Allow up to (2) family dogs with additional fees per pet to apply.
Use the outdoor shower to wash off the day's sand. Book this great new rental and discover the beauty of Seabrook Island just outside your door!
Many of Seabrook's finest amenities are just down the road. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
