Just beyond your front door is the Crab Dock and Kayak launch. Grab a fishing pole, throw out a crab trap or launch you paddle board, kayak, or small boat on the tidal marsh. Bring a bottle of wine and climb up to the lookout deck. Ocean waves rolling ashore can be seen in the distance. Watch closely and you may even see a Shrimp Boat heading home with their days haul. You also have access the the community pool across the street at the Creekwatch Villas. This fabulous rental property exudes low country charm both inside and out. After a day of fun at the beaches or playing at the Beach Club pools you will enjoy the peace and quiet found at the Duneloft Villas!

Enter through the screen porch. A wonderful spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon lemonade. Feel the cool breezes from the marsh blow through each evening as you wrap up your day. Step from the screen porch into the main floor of the villa. Immediately notice the welcoming open floor plan. The rooms feel spacious with wooden floors running through out the villa and vaulted ceilings with large ceiling fans circulating the air. Plenty of comfortable seating can be found in the great room. Enjoy the 55 Smart TV. Please note the fireplace is decorative only. The dining area sits between the great room and the kitchen. Meals can accommodate a group six at the large table. In the beautiful kitchen cooking won t ever feel like a chore! There are new stainless steel appliances, Quartz counter tops, and custom cabinets. The owners have stocked the kitchen with all you need.

The primary bedroom is on this main floor and features a King bed and private bath with walk-in tiled shower. Open the sliding doors in this bedroom and step out to your private deck where raised Adirondack chairs await. You will be able to watch the deer saunter by as they graze. The main guest bedroom has a Queen bed and private en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. For those needing to catch up with the office there is a desk and chair in the guest bedroom. A laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer is tucked beneath the stair case which leads to the second floor.

The second floor is a special place unto itself. This roomy loft has 2 Twin beds and a half bath with pedestal sink and toilet. Sliding doors lead out to the private deck. A great vantage spot for star gazing!

The raised floor plan of this villa provides great gathering spots below your home. You can curl up with a book in one of the oversized chairs and watch nature play just beyond your reach. Dine al fresco at the outdoor table with seating for 4. Or catch a nap while relaxing in the hammock swings. There is a propane grill for you to use.

*As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

This property includes access to the Club amenities - oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
