「房間比預期中細，窗外望火車站，所以比較嘈。早餐普通，冇太多選擇！」

「We put all our towel in bath tub & supposed to have new towels on second day. But the housekeeper just put back all our used towels(mixed up our towels) in position. We then asked the reception for change of new towels but then the housekeeper didn’t change them, just tidy them again. However we recognised that they were our used towels again. Besides, all the facilities in bath rooms are outdated, really needed renovation! Really disappointed as they are not budged hotel & the rooms...

「A really good location at this price, you can travel everywhere easily within 15mins walk. The place with strawberry theme is really fresh and you will love it!」

「We had a great day very reasonable price considering we’ve got two cars and the parking was included in the price. We had one family room one single room and one couple room and easy access to the airport with taxi provided by hotel just £31. Would definitely stay here again in the future」

「Stunning stay start to finish. Spa was beautiful not too busy but enough people for atmosphere. Would highly reccomend this hotel who anyone who likes a touch of class. 」

「房間窗口對住大型垃圾運輸站，一開窗臭氣熏天，要求換房間，安排了我們由309換成306的，但306一樣正對著垃圾運輸站，酒店說沒有其他房間了，很不滿意的一次住宿」

「Really warm welcome, which got things off to a good start. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was very good and lots of pillows which I like! Some of the furnishings seemed a bit mix and match which was a pity and I think there was a drawer missing from the desk. But overall very comfortable and worth mentioning a superb breakfast, freshly cooked to order. 」

「Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again.」

「員工十分的親切還有熱情，雖然電梯壞了所以得自己扛很重的行李，但他們有幫忙搬~我住的是六人房，房間比想像的大很多，行李很夠放，但是床沒有窗簾是小缺點。浴室是一間房間一個，很乾淨而且若是忘了帶洗髮乳沐浴乳可以去跟櫃台拿~ 一樓還有自助的廚房，如果想要喝熱水可以自己去燒，很推薦可以去哦!」
