“I would’ve liked to have had a shower cap because I forgot mine. The main reason I probably will not come back to this property is because the walls are thin and I could hear the TV in both rooms next to me and it made me crazy.”

“I loved my stay here! Booked last minute for Memorial Day weekend with a friend and was in a beautiful location just a short bike ride or drive from downtown Kennebunkport. Our room was beautiful looking over water and was very clean upon arrival. Staff was very friendly! The only negatives I experienced were that there was minimal staff attendance in the building. There was never anyone at the front desk, you had to go across the street if you needed anything to the other hotel they own. This……

“Hotel was being renovated. It was very clean and the location is awesome. There was no breakfast but there was free coffee all day long. The building was very quaint. The nearby restaurants were very good. Can't wait to visit again when the renovations are done.”

“Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. The motel is quiet and away from the main tourist area yet only a short drive away. The comfort of the beds was my only concern.They really should consider new matresses.”

“This is definitely not a "resort" - the description was very misleading. It's this weird place where individual people own the "units" and the front office organizes stays. The front office wanted personal information which I was not comfortable sharing- they are probably going to spam me with sales calls forevermore. The floor in my unit was utterly disgusting- black sticky stuff that made the bottom of my white slippers black. All of the units face a parking lot, and there is nothing……

“The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches.”

“Very nice views and great room. We were a bit disappointed that the pool hours were adjusted during our stay to be much shorter so we were unable to use this amenity.”
