Peaceful, river front, 2-bedroom condo with WiFi in Seaside

"Ive severe ADHD and have been navigating an unbelievable and difficult sequence of life events, including debilitating illness. (I promise I’m not gonna bury the lead.) I’ve managed Programs in behavioral health for a long time and I love, love, love how accessible this set up is. I am here with my kid and her best friend and, genetics. This host took the time to clearly label lightswitches, clear written instructions throughout. In addition, thoughtful touches throughout, like chargers because of course I forgot mine. In addition to the host has the perfect level of communication. The property being beautiful goes without saying. I have come to Seaside multiple times a year and 40 years. This has been my favorite stay. It’s absolutely stunning but more than that, removed my mental load. Part of me doesn’t want to tell you how great it is because I wanna be able to book it in the future. However, if you like myself need a mental break, this is the place. Worth every penny and I really hope that this gem never goes away. To the lovely host, thank you for you did for my own mental health, you’re a treasure."

"This was my first time choosing a more budget-friendly hotel. A necessity for me in a financially strapped economy, and I hadn't gone to the coast in far too long. Friendly staff, uncomplicated parking, and fast check-in. I went with a friend, so it was a room with two queen beds and a kitchenette. The room was small but efficient, with a great tub. Excellent streaming services, which are great after a long day of beachcombing, and an excellent monitor. Restrictions to consider - upon entering the room, the air was stale and stuffy. It did not have the standard AC unit that one would expect. There was a column oscillating fan. Only complaint, but as I said, a more frugal hotel. The beds and the pillows were great. I actually slept! It was pretty much $200 less than a hotel right on the beach, that offer a continental breakfast. Overall a perfectly acceptable room."

"Don’t hesitate to stay at this hotel. It is just gorgeous! The rooms are so spacious, bright and modern. The lobby is really nice and the seating area at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was very nice, all you need! The complementary bikes are a nice touch - we enjoyed a cycle on the promenade. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - a stone’s throw from the beach. Loved it!"
