We loved the backyard and the proximity of the house to all the amazing local attractions. 10 to 15 minutes to Cannery Row, Carmel and just a little further to Point Lobos. We visited Santa cruz as well. Great central spot to see all the beautiful scenery

House was spacious & had everything we neededfor our family of 5. Short drive to Monterey Cannery Row Beds were comfortable. I enjoyed being able to sit outside on the porch in the mornings.

Kiddos to your choice in housekeeping. The home was the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in. The little treats throughout the home was such a warm & welcoming gesture. Location was awesome & the neighborhood felt safe. Such a beautiful updated home.

Everything was clean and nice. We had indicated that there would be 6 people including 2 children. Couldn’t find the extra sheets until the second day. able to borrow from our son who lives in Seaside Communication with staff was easy and quick.

House is in a good location for what we wanted to do. Minor things we noted: Would have spent time on the patios, but they were full of cobwebs and had not been cleaned. Lots of weeds in the back. The step from the kitchen to the garage is very tall, and not very safe. Remote in the guest room was not working. Could use more teaspoons in the kitchen. Major thing I did not like was Superhog. That created some problems. I hope Grand Welcome fixes that issue.

Property was beautiful. Only problem was the check in process. I was given instructions on how to get into house and did not work. Every number that I tried to call to get ahold of on how to help said. “ this number does not except phone calls” kinda of a red flag at first. Was sitting outside the house for about 30 minutes until I believe the owner gave me the right code to get in. Once we were in everything else went smoothly. Also the master bathroom sink was clogged/ slow draining

Great location for easy access to Laguna Seca where we were attending an event, as well as restaurants and waterfront. Instructions for fire pit were not provided but when we asked, the simple steps were shared and we enjoyed sitting out front each evening as the sun set. Exterior shows some wear from age and being so close to the water, but interior was well appointed including helpful labels on switches.
