A weekend with Friends

This was the perfect location -our group went to the Kraken on Saturday and the Mariners on Sunday. There was plenty of space for the entire group. The TV was fantastic for watching more sports. We highly recommend this home. I can see us renting it again for out-of-town guests. The light rail is so close.

Delightful Home / Great Location

Our family of 4 adults loved staying in this delightful and cozy home. It's super comfortable, had everything we needed, and is in a wonderful neighborhood with lots great restaurants nearby. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place in a great area

My friends and I stayed a long weekend in Seattle and this place was great. The spaces are useful with thoughtful touches and the large TV in the living room was great. Walkable to some incredible food spots, we highly recommend this spot!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend property to others. Area was very walkable and convenient to city attractions. Host was very helpful with the few questions we had during the stay. Property was well maintained and kitchen fully stocked with any gadget you might need although we ate most our meals out this trip.

Awesome location, everything we needed

The townhouse is located in a nice tucked away section of cap hill, so we could easily walk to food/groceries and coffee but didn't have the craziness from Broadway. The host was incredibly responsive, and check in was very easy. We had six people staying; having 3 bathrooms was extremely convenient. Kitchen had dishes and silverware, bathrooms had towels and soaps, overall a great atay. It is 3 flights of stairs to the top bedroom but that wasn't an issue.

Great location for our weekend visit.. walking distance to restaurants and cafes.. dont miss The French Guys bakery.. terrific croissant and good coffee and charming atmosphere.The condo was very clean, pleasant to hang out, ver comfortable beds and pillows. Appreciated the host providing good coffee pods for the Keurig! Great and prompt communication with the host, who went out if his way to allow us yo return ti the condo to pick up a suit bag we left there! Much appreciated!

Property was as described. Clean and spacious. Everything what we needed was there. Kitchen was well stocked and so were the bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. If I have to nitpick at all - Parking for large SUVs and Vans may be problem for some as the garage only accommodates standard SUVs and cars although there is paid parking at very reasonable rates 0.2 miles away in Broadway Market. And you must be good driver to park since the approach and turning into the garage is not for the faint of heart

Beautiful, quiet townhome

Nice view, quiet neighborhood & clean townhome. My friend & I stayed and had more than enough space. Check in process very easy & good communication. Our only complaint was getting in & out of the garage, even with a small car, it was challenging. Other than that, great location & would highly recommend!
