    This spacious townhouse is sure to have something for everyone in your group. The first floor offers a secluded bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, perfect for the quieter members of your group. The second floor features a large family area fully stocked with games and access to multiple streaming services. This floor also includes your expansive kitchen and a half bath. On the third floor level are your living quarters. The king bedroom faces a quiet street and enjoys bountiful amounts of sunlight with a line of sight to the sound. Perfect accommodations for our family trip. (My husband and I and 4 adult children). The location was perfect. Easy access to everything in West Seattle and a quick and easy trip into Seattle proper. The girls shared the room with the Queen bed and one of the boys had the 1st floor en suite. The other son chose to sleep on the couch on the main floor. There were ample bathrooms and the roof deck was perfect for hanging out, watching the sunset and making s’mores. The bottle of wine and the snack basket were an especially nice touch. Would highly recommend this property.

Great view Faron the top! One thing people should know before booking is that there’s many stairs to get up to the first level so if handicapped or any disability and can’t climb stairs then this isn’t the place for you!

House was wonderful, 15 min walk to food/ shops, & beach saunas at alki beach. Located one block from the water with a great view of ocean sunsets on the roof! Easy to get in, well stocked, clean and very comfortable beds. So glad we booked and would again when we are in the area.

Wonderful home right by the waterfront. Comfortable rooms and well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy and warm and bathrooms were well stocked with shower toiletries and towels! We will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is the best part- just one block from the water, but still walkable in about 15 mins to Alki Beach. The neighborhood and townhouse block is so nice and quiet. The property itself is modern and well laid out. There’s an awesome rooftop deck with propane fire pit. The kitchen had lots of supplies and the welcome snacks and coffee were so thoughtful. The only thing missing was a toaster. There was toiletry supplies including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower. And one of the upstairs bedrooms didn’t have window blinds on one of the large windows- there was privacy since the window glass was blurry, but there was so much light at night with neighbor’s garage lights and also in the morning with the early sunlight that it was difficult to sleep. Overall great stay!

This is a wonderful property! The owner’s attentive and thoughtful support, the easy-to-use kitchen, and the relaxing living room with unlimited Netflix access made the stay excellent. The bathroom is clean, and the bedroom allows for a peaceful night’s sleep. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Seattle!

Great Place for Family

The place was in a good location near the shore, very clean and well equipped, and enough space for our family of 5 to spread out a bit. It has beautiful sunset views from the roof and was enjoyed by the whole family.

A wonderful townhome in an awesome location!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5 and 2 small dogs. The townhome was just as described, it was clean, well taken care of, and communication from Jonathan was excellent!

Great layout

We had a great stay. The house suited our family of 4 well for a weekend away. I loved that I could walk out the door and hop on a trail for running. The rooftop deck view was beautiful. Grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

A nice weekend away

Had a good time! Street parking was pretty easy to find. We spent pleasant mornings walking on the beach and the view from the rooftop was so nice!

Loved West Seattle area. The house was great, especially sunsets from the rooftop balcony.
