We are happy to accommodate same day bookings! However please check-in ahead with us on available check in time for same day bookings only.
* CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT *
Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 11 am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available.
* QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM *
This townhouse has a shared wall with another townhouse. Please be respectful of the neighbors during quiet hours 10pm-7am. There is a noise sensor installed that measures the level of decibel to report any disturbance (it does NOT record the conversation).
*NOISE SENSOR*
This property is protected by the Minut Smart Home Noise Monitoring device. This device measures the level of decibel (it does NOT record the conversation) and notifies the host if the noise exceeds Seattle ordinance limits . This ensures guests have a pleasant stay and that the neighborhood is not disturbed.
*DESIGNATED PARKING*
Please make sure to park in 2 designated spots along the house just by driveway (photo instruction will be provided upon check-in).
*PET CONDITIONS*
Well-trained small/medium cats & dogs are welcome at $100 flat fee. Emotional support animals and service pets are welcomed at no charge. Please note that we strictly do not allow pets on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture and linens resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly. Pet bed, food bowls and waste bags are available on site, make sure to inform us beforehand about your need in these things. Please dispose of your pet’s waste in outdoor bins. Unauthorized pets will lead to $1000 fine.
* NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS*
Strictly NO parties and events ($2000 fine), quiet hours between 10pm-7am.
* NO SMOKING *
No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas. Any signs of smoking will result in additional violation and cleaning fee ($1000 fine).
*NUMBER OF PEOPLE*
All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay overnight so we can provide enough supplies and towels for your comfortable stay.
* NO MAILBOX ACCESS *
We do not offer mailbox access. Package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
*STAIRS*
This is a multi-level townhome and the guests have to be comfortable with climbing stairs.
* NO SHOES INSIDE *
Please kindly remove your shoes while entering the house. We appreciate you being respectful towards the property!

We believe our home is child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave small children unattended. We can provide a Pack n Play upon request. Please let us know if you would appreciate having children's plates/bowls and high chair on the property for children.
