Great, off the beaten path location, serene location and sea view, and a hostess that you just want to sit with and have coffee and home made cookies. Our room was cozy, clean and quiet - great view of the thick forest behind it. ”

“Aaron and his family couldn't have thought of one more thing to make our stay more comfortable. All the little details were noticed and greatly appreciated. Our pups were happy, too. The cabin is spacious, and was toasty with the 'fireplace' heater, since the chill of spring was still in the air. Thank you, we hope to be back!”

“This is a beautifully restored Victorian mansion. Andrew was a great host. It has a good location within east walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions. The breakfasts are delicious. ”

“Very quiet cabin, perfect for 5-6 people to spend a long weekend or even a week. Although Acadia is a good 50 minute away, I would not hesitate to stay here if visiting Bar Harbor region again. ”

“We had a nice stay we would stay there again we like to walk allot and it was a god spot to walk to town from but it is not a short walk to town but we liked it. I think it is a good place to stay!”

“Right on the Main Street as advertised. Short walk to the main part of town but like that it’s away from the shops and the restaurants so it’s quiet. You don’t hear the road noise or people walking by. ”

“The unit was wonderful! Wasn’t given the door code so I had to call a number on the door at the office. However…it was handled quickly & professionally. A 60 second inconvenience. I will recommend this place!! ”

“Staff was very welcoming and helpful, Did a very good job at showing me my room and where everything was located. Room was very nice, clean and quiet. I liked the newer Heat pumps to get a quiet perfect temperature. Bed was comfortable and shower had good hot water & pressure. Would have been nice to have coffee available in the room or at least in the same building. The end tables in my room were super tippy due to kind of an odd design. Not very useful for putting stuff on because things would……
