“Firstly to say how helpful,kind and friendly Kit is. She really goes out of her way to ensure you have the best experience possible. The property is in an ideal location with easy access to Charleston and Folly beach - although would definitely recommend you have a car. The neighbourhood is quiet and lovely , and there's a reasonable bar and restaurant at the top of the road. The accommodation was good, clean, comfortable, well stocked. “This cottage is a hidden gem among the typical looming new structures on the island. Morning coffee (bring your own or get some at the nearby Harris Teeter store) was lovely at the front deck cafe table or in the screened porch. The beach is a very short 2 block walk. Although we ate out for all our meals, the kitchen was well stocked with baking, cooking, and grilling necessities. There are so many things to do and see in the Charleston area that we spent very little time here, but it was just……

“I was visiting my son for the holidays and needed a place to stay. This house was perfect. Loved walking around the yard looking at the plants or sitting outside on the covered patio. The house was decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked for me to cook meals. The host communicates quickly. There is a guest book with recommendations. The host even offered a bottle of wine! “This was a first time trip to the area for my adult son (27 yo) and me. We chose the beautiful location and ended up being about 14 miles from the venue for the son of our friends. The home was perfect for us and just as advertised. It was a 3-5 minute drive or short walk to any of the boardwalks to the beach. We encountered or saw lots of wildlife: alligators during the day, a large turtle crawling across golf course, lots of birds and lots of deer at night. The little village between Seabrook……
