We stayed the night before departing from CMB and had a great experience at this hotel. Prabath and his staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of Sri Lankan and English dishes. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and restful transit stay.

A Perfect Start to Our Sri Lanka Journey. Aloe Transit Hotel truly feels like a home away from home. The property is spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The rooms feature high ceilings and all the modern comforts you could need. Located just minutes from the airport, it’s the perfect place to relax before or after a flight. The staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet is exceptional — offering authentic Sri Lankan dishes that make for a memorable culinary experience. A wonderful place to begin your travels in Sri Lanka and soak in the local hospitality. Highly recommended!

This place is a hidden gem. Although there was some issues with communication due to the language barrier they were minor. The place was clean, quiet, the staff was very helpful and professional. It’s close to the airport, spacious, well decorated, and the breakfast was a delicious unexpected treat. The free airport shuttle was appreciated as well. I was very happy with Rowan and his staff. They made my stay here very nice and I will definitely come back if I need a place near the airport.

I stayed at Aloe Transit Hotel for one night before heading to other destination because I arrived in Sri Lanka in the evening. From the moment I arrived, the experience was wonderful.Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop breakfast the next morning truly exceeded my expectations. It was served with a beautiful view and so many delicious options — I was touched by their hospitality. This hotel made my first night in Sri Lanka feel safe and welcoming. Booked very last minute, yet the hotel arranged airport collection. We arrived around 10.30pm and were quickly shown to our room so we could get to bed. The hotel put great effort into preparing a Sri Lankan breakfast and made sure we had tea and fresh fruit. Highly recommend Aloe Hotel as an airport hotel.
