“Nice location peaceful”

“We stayed at Derek’s property while visiting for a friends wedding and it was perfect! The location was central to everything, the home itself was comfortable and immaculately clean and communicating with Derek was a breeze! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Apt. was very clean. It is exactly as it appears in the photos! Well stocked kitchen and very clean bed linens. Parking is an issue but we finally found one. If it was my business I would make contact through text rather then the site on arrival day.”

Five adults in town for a friend’s wedding. Everyone had their own space for sleeping, getting ready for the wedding events, etc. Great kitchen. Really nice to have parking in the building.”

“The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of friends or family members for a weekend getaway. The location was further than anticipated. Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“My family and I had a great weekend stay in this clean and stylish apartment located in the heart of Newport! It was exactly as pictured and there was plenty of space for us to relax while also giving us easy access to explore the town on foot. The beds were very comfortable and the smart TV loaded with streaming apps was a great feature. The parking was critical for us as we were traveling with a carful of kid/baby gear - but as some others have noted, others in the neighborhood have a tendency……

“What a beautiful alternative to the $550/pr night at the Renaissance or Graduate. Check in and entry were flawless, Kevin was responsive and allowed us access early as my son had an exam and not available until 5pm. We walked to PC when the sun came out which was great. Next time I would get a rental car (due to Ubers availably) as we are learning the area and like to explore. Beautiful space!”

“My best friend was getting married in Newport and we rented this loft for a short stay. From the moment I booked this, to the moment we checked out, everything was seamless and easy. Property management was extremely attentive, and even allowed us to check-in a little early! They were so nice and accommodating. The loft was also beautiful! My family, including my 11 month old, was comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely book again!”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Steve was very communicative and answered questions right away. As previously reviewed, it is the top apartment in a building that has two other units. It's a lot of stairs, but they were wide, had railings, and had skid-proof flooring. We stayed on a chilly weekend in April, and the heat worked well. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The living room was large and had enough seating for all of us. The bedrooms each had their own bathrooms, so……

“We just arrived back from a weekend in Newport at this property. The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to all the things but not right in the heat of the tourist area so a bit quieter. We had an issue with a toilet on arrival - it wasn't flushing - but the hosts responded quickly and the gentleman that came to fix it was quick and really sweet. Parking was a huge plus and makes this location that much more appealing! The only real negative was that the floors had clearly not been……

“I was looking for a comfortable place for myself and my dog for a few days -and Cindy’s place was perfect. Private-amazing views- home made banana bread! Cindy also provided a Variety of locals soaps, lotions and facial scrubs to sample-looking forward to returning”
