Staff were friendly and helpful - spoke Japanese to them and they replied in Japanese (unlike others who want to try practicing their English with foreigners).
Within walking distance to Dōtonbori and Amemura, but itself situated on a quieter road. Easy to get to train stations nearby.
Bed had a comfy mattress. Free refills of tea and coffee left in our room every day.
The room itself was a bit cramped though, with no space under the bed to store luggage.

Excellent location! Subway is just downstairs, supermarket is right outside, konbini nearby and jus few minutes walke from Dotonbori! Staffs are friendly too :)

Nice location. Just walking distance to Dotonbori, Shopping Mall, train station etc. There are nearby 7-11, Family Mart and Supermarket. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and quiet.
