"This was the perfect hotel for me and my teenaged son. We were close to a lot of the sites I wanted to see and a quick bus ride from the heart of Kyoto that he wanted to experience. The hotel itself was charming and spacious. Especially after spending a few days in Tokyo, the room felt massive. Two double beds, a living area with TV, separate WC and separate tub/shower. The staff was enthusiastic and cheerful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Superb hotel!"

The interior was beautiful, clean and well insulated with heated floors and AC in each room. Beds were very comfortable and the upstairs living offered a lovely veiw of the Yasaka Pagoda.
