Everything was excellent, from the hospitable staff and elegant classic-modern design to the high-quality breakfast and room amenities.

It is situate in the middle of every major attractions, a lot are within walking distance. The metro is just a short walk away. It’s a great home base for my trip since I only stayed in Kyo

Nice hotel in the center of the popular area.
Room is small but the design make it feel comfort.
Minutes to walk into the main shopping spot and famous river side.
Public baths are good and 1 of the baths have a spectacular view over the Kawaramachi.
But the bad thing is no onsite parking and the partner-parking slot need 5 minute walk.

環境優靜，服務員有禮，可以用英文溝通，房間比想像中還要大得舒適，健身室很大運動器材齊全但沒有人用很可適，真的好似包場做運動，酒店位置很方便，搭車或在附近購物都很方便，會推介給朋友。

Highly recommended!
The hotel is right next to the river & few mins to shopping street, there were many restaurants nearby
Although located at popular area, it is quiet & safe at night
Our room is able to see the kiyomizu-dera
The room is spacious & very clean
We have book two rooms and the hotel arranged adjacent rooms for us, thanks for their arrangement.
