"It was a good hotel with everything we needed, nice staff too"

"We’ve stayed here several times now as it’s fairly close to CDG and reasonably priced. The desk staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are decent, and food is good. There is limited vegetarian options in dinner menu do we’ve ordered the same thing every time and brought it back to our room to eat. They put it on a tray so I room service myself. Pretty good. The breakfast has non dairy vegetarian options and decent bread. The staff there keeps it up well. Only problem on our last stay was that the tv wouldn’t turn on which was fine. Bed was comfy and shower decent. They have CDG shuttle service for free (plus tip) which is always busy. One time they added a second due to volume but the last time I had to call my own car because of the number of our suitcases. There is nothing near the hotel, as far as food or shopping but it feels safe and quiet. Will stay here again and I would recommend to others. "

"Excellent hotel and location for Disney Land Paris, we arrived early and the room wouldn't be ready till later in the day, however the receptionist checked us in whilst also giving us a free upgrade, took our luggage so we could pick the keys up later when we return. There is a free shuttle bus that runs to and from the park which is very useful. Rooms were very clean and great breakfast in the morning. We'll definitely use this hotel again for a future visit."

"Spacious Separate area of rest area and toilet"

"The Best Stay ever. Anniversary surprise for my partner, we had a great time. Room was excellent, reception team very kind and attentioned. Good WiFi, great bathroom and amenities (slippers to take away are very nice!). The spa pool was nice and relatively quiet. Princess meetup was incredible! Jasmine is my partner’s favourite and added to the stay. Quit expensive but worth it for special occasions."

"Best value stay in Serris! Probably the 10th or so time that we stay there to visit the park. Reception team is very friendly. WiFi reliable. Park shuttle very useful! Bedding is ok. Bathroom ok, shower drain slow. Room 359."

"Hotel is convenient to Disneyland Paris (3 min train ride) within a 5 minute walking distance to the train and also the major outlet mall in Montrevain. Hotel was clean and super quiet despite the high occupancy. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was a great deal for 18EUR. The rooms are small, but this isn’t an area you come to to stay in your room. Beds were comfy. "
