Good Location near pool, house needs cleaning and updating

We liked the location of the house (near The Commons pool) but the house was dirty as follows: dirty stovetop, coffee maker had dried coffee in it with mold, pots and pans were filthy. The grill in the garage was disgusting with leftover food in the racks (we opened it once and never used it). The floors needed a much better cleaning than they got (dust and sand under the furniture). Finally, and overall, the furniture is very dated and could use a thorough cleaning, if not just be replaced. The Bayside amenities (pools, restaurants, kayaking, etc.) were really good. This was our third stay at Bayside.

First Getaway post covid

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! We were a little apprehensive about going away, but have vacationed at the Bayside for several years now with our children and grandchildren, and have found the whole place safe, fun, immaculate and such friendly people! This was our first get away in over a year, and the house was beautiful, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen. It is so nice to walk into a clean, warm environment, and it exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back in August with the whole family!

Decent stay, could be better

Safe and quiet community. House is relatively clean. Can walk, Jog or bike around the community. Furniture could use an upgrade. No hair dryer in both bathrooms. The layout is a little weird but ok. Not happy with the community amenities. The kids just wanted to swim for one day but they require a minimum purchase of a 3 day pass for $30 each . No one day pass and the outdoor pools were closed.
