“Southern hospitality at its best! Our host welcomed us with a wonderful local goodies basket. To my surprise the clear ponchos that I had left at home to attend the Derby were included! We had 4 ladies in our group and the beds and accommodations were perfect. There’s even a backyard patio to enjoy with a zen garden. This is a spacious Victorian beautifully remodeled with all hard wood floors. Everything was clean and very well stocked. We were able to walk downtown during the day and Uber home……

“The name of this rental is accurate. Close proximity to the river and nestled in a neat neighborhood of Jeffersonville. Close and easy commutes to our other destinations in Louisville and overall enjoyed our stay!”

“We were not provided the main code for the front door, fortunately, there are many very friendly individuals that work in the apartment complex that were able to help us. Definitely took a little time to remember all the different codes for the building. The security code for the apartment is time sensitive, cannot check in one minute early. The apartment itself is very nice, we loved using the pool and grills on the roof!”

“David's place is awesome... so modern and clean. We felt like we were the first ones to stay there. And David was responsive on all the questions we had. And parking on the street was indeed easy”

“We only could only stay one night. It is a very safe place. There is also a snack bar downstairs. The place is beautiful . It was very clean and inviting. It's very close to Louisville. Dominique was so helpful when I had questions. Are only suggestions are have a few cups for coffee or tea and a few small pots. . We actually ate in Prospect we'd recommend Quarters Riverside Grill for dinner and in Jeffersonville Gretchens Kitchen for breakfast. Thanks for sharing your place”

“I enjoyed my stay and the front office staff are very friendly. The only two things to be aware of are the apartment is dusty and the cross walk beeping was a bit loud. Overall, very nice place to stay. I would stay again. Also, there was no hair dryer. I'm not sure if it was misplaced? The convenience to downtown was nice.”

“We were going to The Palace theatre for a concert and the location was perfect. We parked in the garage and walked 2 blocks to The Brown Hotel for drinks and apps, then 1 block to the Palace, and 1 block back to VRBO. Perfect!”
